    There were positives such as the breaks, constant team meetings and one to one meetings with your team leader

    Cons

    A majority of the calls were stressful and it was a constant onslaught of call after call most of the time.

    - The actual job is awful constant calls, you never do anything else. It takes way more out of you than you would think getting spoken to like crap by customers everyday
