I worked at Haymarket Media Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great brands to work on. Haymarket runs a lot of activities for charity etc. Friendly HR and social team. Staff parties and award dos are a nice night out.

    Cons

Management pluck ideas out of their head and implement it with no research or discussion. Often forced upon staff with no explanation and no allowance for any extra hours or work. Negative attitude of staff bringing down the atmosphere. No chance of a payrise. Want you to do everything for no extra money.

    Pros

if you want to stick where you are for years with huge amount of flexibility then this is the company to work for. best working place if you really want to be stagnant and not improve anywhere even in salary

    Cons

No vision no planning no scoping of future Upper line management has no interaction with lower stream and middle management is worst. company keep selling their brand to survive in market while their competitors are getting stronger. Huge investments in privately own offshore contractors but own employees gets penny increase in salary hike...
