    Micro Management at it's worst!

Aug 18, 2021 - Business Manager in Glasgow, Scotland, Scotland

    Pros

Good standard of technology to use on a day-to-day basis and that's about it.

    Cons

Salary and commission package is not competitive in the marketplace. Senior Management has a dictatorial attitude and enjoying belittling the workforce. Very unapproachable and set to lose a lot more key members of staff. Used the pandemic to micro-manage even further which I didn't think was possible. A very negative workplace and workforce laterally.

    Cons

Basic salaries are low and commission structure is only okay, office culture is poor, management is not helpful, micro management. Internal processes are slow and complicated.

All the tools and technology are here, you have got to be the one to make it happen

    Pros

The technology is out of this world VS what other recruitment business have access to and this is constantly evolving and developing. The business is also incredibly open minded to allowing you to voice where you want your career path to head towards and will give you the foundation of tools and opportunities for you to go and make it happen. The ongoing training and development has hugely improved in recent years, now offering really great development opportunities for everyone, not just people managers and high billers. We have moved forwards so much in the last 18 months with more autonomy, trust and flexibility as well as a real focus on staff prioritising their psychical and mental well being over everything, which is really refreshing as this was not the case several years ago.

    Cons

I have to be honest, the pay is not competitive to what other agencies offer. This is not the agency to come to if pay is your only motivator.
