    Pros

Great culture, have met some life long friends. The career progression is really good and opportunity to move countries.

    Cons

Working hours, salary and minimal flexible working.

    Advice to Management

Change the working hours. Hays could be the first large recruitment company to truly offer work life balance. It would change/ improve the entire industry and have a big impact on Hay's turnover.

    Former Employee - Recruiter

I worked at Hays full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Career progression is great and rewards to the top recruiters seem like a great incentive

    Cons

Very fast paced work seems like they put you on a desk based on whats needed not your knowledge/experience, meaning it takes a while to get all the training done, and line managers don't have time to give regular feedback or provide advice

    Advice to Management

Organise your time so that you can move away from relying on fees or KPIs to review your staff work and be more aware of what goes on with the desk you manage
