Employees who really try to make a difference.

Cons

Owner/management have no clue how to efficiently run a company. Owner has been in business since 1982 and has operated a revolving door since its inception. If you are an executive assistant looking for a job, stay away from HealthEZ (also goes by The Araz Group). She has gone through so many executive assistants that no recruiting agencies in the Twin Cities will work with her. In a two year period, she had gone through 9 EAs. This is one of the worst managed companies to work for in the Twin Cities and job seekers have a right to know.

Pros

Flexible hours, relaxed corporate structure, some good coworkers. There are some opportunities for advancement, depending on what department you're in. There are also opportunities for bonuses, either on staffing referrals or sales leads. Company is growing.

Cons

Ownership is crazy and makes uneducated, unnecessary, and destructive decisions. They vary between periods of absence in day-to-day and period of extreme disruption and micromanagement. Horrible history of turnover, which is continuing to happen leading to untrained mid-level managers and entry-level employees. Salary's are below market standards. Cannibalistic work environment where people are "out to get you". Extreme disregard for replenishing resources, so IT department is lacking and causes issues for entire company. Disregard for legal compliance.

Very knowledgable and hard working coworkers, flexible hours, decent pay, friday bbq days in the summer

Cons

Upper management favors and recognize people with personality instead of people who actually are doing their work right. Management just really sucks! Unprofessional, snotty CEO, and ill-mannered president! My first day there, no one looked happy at what they were doing. Many of my good former/coworkers left big nice jobs for this and the turn out was horrible!
