-Direction changes rapidly and sometimes decisions are enforce top-down without room for collaboration -Each team experiences wide peaks and valleys of work expectations. Some teams are overloaded, while others are empty-handed. Day-to-day management is unpredictable -General aversion to following processes. Sometimes this means sacrificing the long-term in favour of the short-term.
