Pros
Good company mission to help people get healthy. They do make good videos for exercise and cooking. Some of the best coworkers you could ask for - smart, funny and hard working crew. Unlimited vacation time though most people don't take much. Company pays for dental. Healthy snacks and free meals twice a week. Occasional company events like happy hours.
Cons
Company isn't doing great so their are lots of closed door meetings, and overall feelings of doom and gloom. CEO tries to inspire but is very volatile and immature. Morale of employees is bad and getting worse. Very big gaps in what people are paid. Competitors are far ahead when it comes to the look and feel of their websites. No real plan or strategy - approach changes too often for people to invest and work on real projects. Zero career prospects bc senior management is bloated already. Uncertain future.
