Cons
- Facility is outdated. Colors and design isn't even close to being modern, a lot of equipment is old and dirty or broken down. - Management is fake. Claims they "care about you and your business" but all they see you as is a dollar sign for their monthly revenue goals. - Corporate couldn't care less about their employees. Don't work here unless you enjoy being a statistic. - False "advertising" on job postings. When I applied, the opening said a bachelor's degree was required as well as a major national certification. I had my bachelor's degree and got ACSM's Exercise Physiologist certification, and I was more highly certified than my manager. Most of the training staff did not have degrees.
