I have been working at Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great people...really committed! My experience is put to good use and I feel valued by my manager and the teams I work with across the Trust. Lots work led by senior leadership being done on staff engagement..feel I'm listened to and they are acting. Big trust - lots going on and lots of opportunity to get involved.

    Cons

Internal communication still needs developing, but can see that is been worked on. Salary is not as high as private sector, but great benefits and work/life balance.
