They hire non-native speakers. You can get as many classes as you can actually teach.

Liars, they offer you a basic salary, then they say that each 6 month you can get more money, that's not true, they find a lot of reasons not to raise your salary.

Well, there is nothing extreme about this school. It was just one "fine" experience

They can be too harsh on teachers, and they change contracts easily.

Any Pros the company once had are now gone as they have removed any form of performance bonus or incentive to work hard and be better. Not to mention HARSH penalties if you slip up even just once, this was okay when there were incentives but there are now none and so it's just a huge slap in the face if you make a single mistake
Cons
After a year of working for these people, I've gotten a single pay raise of 1$. Their site say up to 22$ but this simply is NOT true, you'll battle get them to pay you 12$ It is clear after working for a year that the staff and higher ups in Hellokid do not care about their teacher or what happens to them
