The company has no qualms in delaying salaries by over 7 days but is prompt in deducting employee salaries over myriad of nonsensical reasons. Absolutely no good code patterns are used here, and the projects in the project team merely require one to copy code from previous projects and modifying it. There are a few jokes of Senior software developers in the company who have no idea what md5 is or what http verbs do, and they are the ones with the most clout over the management(apparently because of their completely different skill set). Employees are not taken care of, I've had a few friends who were thrown out of the company without any notice, and the biggest caricature are the management people who have absolutely zero manners and talk to new employees in a condescending way. All in all, I won't recommend the company at all.

The HR management is simply inactive. Every single query takes up a response time of atleast a week. Absolutely no control over policies just haphazard. Commitment towards employees is absolutely taken granted. There's hardly a work-play environment. Negativity towards the company is quite apparently reflected in a majority of employees conduct.
