Pros

-Job security -On time salary - Can't think of anything else which is positive.

Cons

- Labor class culture - Incompetent management with loads of ego - Management expect you to forget your personal and family life and live to work - 12 hours work day and you have to work extra on the weekends - excessive and intense resource burn out and management doesn't care about it . - You cannot get leaves on time. - No family benefits (No visa, medical and air tickets to the family members) - No budget for learning and development

Work load. Leaves not properly handled Network is really slow Allowance is not given for resident engineer Customer count is too high compared to the engineer working
