Pros
Supportive and encouraging colleagues, Senior Managers very engaged with the team, flexible working, dedicated and hardworking team.
Cons
A small team that is very driven with big ambitions often means we have lots of work and with few people to manage the workload. However, we do work hard to prioritise and plan to ensure work is well distributed.

Pros
I absolutely love working at Helpforce. The team environment is incredibly supportive, and ideas are always warmly welcomed. It is an inspiring workplace where every employee's voice matters. From day one, I felt a sense of belonging as I was warmly welcomed and supported by a very well-planned induction. The atmosphere here makes every workday enjoyable. My ideas have been embraced and implemented, making me feel valued. The support at Helpforce is outstanding. From our CEO to the line managers, the leadership team is genuinely interested in employee development, providing and valuing ongoing training, mentorship, and feedback. Moreover, the company culture is inclusive and respectful. Diversity is celebrated, and everyone is treated with fairness and equality. I feel comfortable expressing myself, knowing my voice will be heard and respected. In summary, Helpforce offers a supportive and inspiring work environment. I highly recommend Helpforce to anyone seeking a nurturing and supportive workplace. Pros: Supportive team environment Welcoming ideas and input Commitment to personal growth Inclusive and respectful culture

Senior Managers listen to ideas and actively encourage engagement and challenge Rewarding work where you can see the impact of your work Small team with a great culture

As a small team the reality is that there is not much opportunity to progress to new roles within the organisation but this is recongnised and there is a good emphasis on training and development

Pros
Great variety of work all with a social purpose. We're a small team so have a great opportunity to influence the work that we do as a whole organisation not just the project I work on. We work well and effectively as a small team. Flexible home working allows me to have great work, life, balance.
Cons
As a small team there's a lot to do and sometimes things just need to be done even if not a main part of your role.

Pros
Friendly, ambitious, courageous, fair - this is how I would describe Helpforce. Working with talented colleagues on a variety of projects is great for personal development and our focus on continuous improvement is great for our partners and stakeholders. We are a small, tightly-knit team and we embrace new ways of doing things alongside old-fashioned values.
Cons
The only downside is not wanting to work anywhere else.

Thank you for your feedback. As a small charity we are always looking for input from our team to ensure we are effective in our practices. We've recently undergone a review of our HR processes and we are now more aligned with our competitors and have a more strategic approach to how we attract, develop and retain our talent. We will continue to improve on our offering to our employees.
