    Flexi time basically average working hours cannot be more than 42 and can be taken as time off, decent starting salary for an higher apprentice

    Cons

    Low salary progression, Fair amount of bureaucracy

    Great work life balance.
    OK salary at present.
    Management are considerate and ample support is available; however as anywhere else, this will depend individually
    Several roles to work as within organisation.

    Cons

    Salary above role does not match that of private sector; will have to seek opportunities in private sector.

    Pressure, target related culture, good as a step into HMRC but cannot stay long. Really depends on the business line

    The people are great with a team ethic, but some of the managers leave a lot to be desired.

    Pay is shocking - no pay rise for the last 10 years!
