    Pros

    Really friendly team Good pay/ benefits fo graduate If you don’t want to qualify there are good routes in the firm

    Cons

    Not a lot of training contract opportunities if you do want to qualify Training contract is 3 years and lpc not ipls Work can be quite repetitive if on long projects
