RecommendsPositive OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at Hermes Investment Management full-time for more than a year
Pros
High quality people and good standard of work, and a great purpose driving the work. Good salary, generally good benefits although parental benefits are stuck in the dark ages. Nice offices and great location.
Cons
Can be a bit old school and male dominated below the surface but not the worst in the city. Career progression feels quite political. People seem afraid to disagree with senior people.
