    Pros

Everyone has been very welcoming throughout my time at HPFT. Staff seem to enjoy their jobs for the most part.

I have been working at Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust full-time

    Pros

Great Trust to work for. Lots of opportunities for development and senior management available for support. As a senior am afforded lots of flexibility in role. Excellent colleauges. Great work life balance and terms and conditions of employment.

    Cons

Not much in terms of cons. Being an NHS Trust under pressure like all others. Lower salary in exchange for greater freedom - definitely worth it though.
