I worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise | HPE full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Training and overtime available, good pension scheme. Worked with some good people. Generally okay to work.

    Cons

Used to have a constant work force management (redundancy) programme, running every 3 months. Hopefully this has changed now but was not good for morale.

I worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise | HPE full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great graduate scheme when happening, dragons den competition, training in roles and ITIL training to all graduates. Loved working here.

    Cons

Graduate scheme ended half way through - I had moved across the country (4 hour drive) to be part of a graduate scheme to ensure I gained the right training and the graduate scheme was scrapped half way through. I was used to replace someone else's job they were making redundant. Placed in a hostile environment due to knowledge transfer. I was left managing the work of a team which used to be 50 people by myself with no manager. It was a rotational scheme every 6 months, I was refused the move to another team for 2 years due to not having anyone to take over from my role. Only offered a pay rise due to handing in my notice.

I worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise | HPE full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The people you work with on your team are great, lots of incentives to do well e.g team nights outs

    Cons

Don’t care about training, managers only worried about figures, will throw you under the bus if not performing well (even though mostly outside your control), offices depressing

I have been working at Hewlett Packard Enterprise | HPE full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great environment, positive people and great support.

    Cons

Once you come of guaranteed pay, it is not great. Stressful role and more responsibilities added to your job description without an increase in pay. Turning into more of a call centre instead of an account manager.
