I had the pleasure of training at Buxton and had the best time. Not only did I meet friends for life but also the hard work really has paid off. Yes the course is difficult as someone mentioned in a previous review however if you work hard, revise & study - you will then reap the rewards. We always had so much support from the training team & really wanted to see everyone do well. If you are serious about a career in Audiology - definitely go for it! It’s a great place to work! The whole company just feels right. Management are approachable & as a team we all get on so so well. This is by far the best company I have worked for. I love the fact that we are heard, we can voice our opinions with out them being shut down - again which I haven’t had in any previous companies. Great career, great company & can’t wait to see what the future has in store

Newly qualified - you will be expected to drive around and do home visits. Sometimes you will work out of your area however they do provide a company car & pay your work mileage too! But just be aware you will not a get a brain instantly.

Great management and really do feel like a valued part of the team and company. Only been here a month and really enjoying my time, having previously worked for big call Centre companies, Hidden Hearing are really impressive and there is a lot of focus on ensure their employees have a positive working environment.

Proud to work for a caring Company who treat their customers and staff with much respect and dignity. New Branch in Halifax, West Yorkshire, located in a beautiful covered arcade in the town centre, close to shops, restaurants, cafe bars, and buses. Fresh and bright, cheerful and welcoming for customers. The Company's training techniques are second to none. Training materials are very informative and don't just disappear when you have finished training, so you can always go back and refresh yourself at any time. Very informative, one to one trainer, who is talented, respectful, firm, always on hand, patient, knowledgeable and very thorough. So many career choices with such a wonderful Company. Very supportive staff in other branches, departments and areas. One big TEAM!

Good base salary and commission opportunities.
Cons
Awful management. Unethical sales practices. Lack of support from area management. Lack of proper training. Masquerade as a family company. In truth they’re as ruthless and cutthroat as any car showroom. Hire too many staff and then wonder why appointments are so light for dispensers. A real eye opener when it comes to workplace practices. The NHS they are not.
