Pros
Definitely a friendly place to work. Very sociable and great events throughout the year. Less feeling of hierarchy within teams and a collaborative approach to working. Great work life balance and very flexible.
Cons
Salary is on the low side in the current market. Hardly any junior staff besides trainees.

Pros
Quality of work is amazing, such that your experience develops and grows rapidly in a short space of time.
Cons
Lack of extra curricular activities. Poor induction framework. At team level, integration is difficult and even after 6 months, you may feel as though you have not been well integrated into the team.

Pros
Great benefits, great team, good office environment. Really good mentors and people who are extremely knowledgable in their area.
Cons
Low end of pay, targets are relatively high and it is easy to fall behind if you have a holiday planned so you will need to prepare for that or make up the target for when you were on leave.
