I worked at Hill Dickinson full-time

    Pros

Quality of work is amazing, such that your experience develops and grows rapidly in a short space of time.

    Cons

Lack of extra curricular activities. Poor induction framework. At team level, integration is difficult and even after 6 months, you may feel as though you have not been well integrated into the team.

I worked at Hill Dickinson full-time

    Pros

Great benefits, great team, good office environment. Really good mentors and people who are extremely knowledgable in their area.

    Cons

Low end of pay, targets are relatively high and it is easy to fall behind if you have a holiday planned so you will need to prepare for that or make up the target for when you were on leave.
