I have been working at Hill+Knowlton Strategies full-time

    Pros

Good opportunity for young people to get into PR

    Cons

Bad pay, weird 'cult' like culture, no room for progression and lots of responsibility but no pay to match it

    Advice to Management

    I worked at Hill+Knowlton Strategies full-time

    Pros

Great company, great work culture, great clients to work for and make connections with. A lot of hands on training plus free evening bar is fun.

    Cons

The salary is considered low, even by the industry average in PR, which is low compared to most white-collar industries in the UK.

    Advice to Management

Should be paying the graduate intake more in order to retain top talent. Also should be promoting people rather than hiring from above.
