    Pros

    Great Benefits even within the US. Great employer eager to see you grow and develope. Management overall well trained and focused on people developement with transfer opportunity.

    Cons

    Specifically Revenue Center in Europe lacks in quality leadership that is willing to try other peoples ideas. All Actions have to revolve around the VP's decision causing many people to leave. Favoritism within that office makes long term Hilton employees leave Hilton.

    Great Training program, Great Benefits (recently improved), Good salary. Overall great & flexible company to work for.

    Cons

    Corporate Jobs can be incredibly limited, they seem to recruit within their own teams/dept, which means progress for other people looking to join a different team/dept is really limited.
