Pros

Decent pay for management, cannot think of anything else ....

Cons

Senior Management is to 'oversee' the team performance but do nothing to ease the work load, expect from you to work overtime without paying or giving extra holiday. Company focused only on sale, no support or decent HR department. Fire you when realise they don't need you anymore basically they telling you to leave the same day without formal action first, also massive turnover of staff. Its juts an awful place to work and I would not recommend it to any one. If I could I would rate the company with minus star.

Pros

1. There's a few nice people that work there 2. Some of the benefits are good especially regarding TV and white goods discounts

Cons

1. I've been working for 10+ years across various industries and I must admit that this is the worst company I've worked for. The ways of working and the way data is managed is so messy and unprofessional, management don't care about your work/life balance and just expect the work done, all while being underpaid compared to other competitors/industry standard. 2. We had to work in accordance with Chinese HQ, so everything we did needed approval a day ahead of them which added more pressure to deadlines. 3. Onboarding and training when first starting is non-existent, management send you queries on your first few days and they expect an answer/solution while you're training. Mind-boggling. 4. Upper management don't really care about you (personal life, career growth, etc), they just want the work done before deadlines. 5. Overloaded with several work tasks that needed completing at various deadlines over the calendar month, just a case of keeping your head above water. If you ever missed a deadline management would not listen to your reasons why. 6. Other team members often felt the same way re. Point 4. So overwhelmed with month end work that they would often risk their own health. Because the UK company works from a tight budget, they don't invest in recruiting more employees thus expect the short number of staff to pick up the high workload. 7. The office has a mix of English and Chinese employees, but it was obvious that cliques would form and staff only confided with their own often at times. 8. Very rarely, but when discussing work to some Chinese colleagues they would look down on you and would not talk to you politely or respectfully. 9. The company would outright give preferential treatment to the higher end employees 10. If working at the office and you commute by car, come early otherwise expect no parking to be available.
