    Labour Turnover High Every Dept

May 12, 2021 - Manager in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Northern Ireland

    Pros

Very Little pros to be honest especially if you want to progress. Some store managers paid higher than others and some supervisors working the same amount were getting more pay than managers.

    Cons

Because the turenover is so high even in higher management communication is so poor leading to stock shortages and pressures in store in particular sales. Targets are increased but the items in store are not in or available online. Had 600 out of stocks in store but my target increased even in lockdown.

    Pros

Didn't find any whilst I worked there

    Cons

Long hours, no processes, don't care about employees, lots of change & people leaving, only think of store staff. You don't have any support from HR - overall a very very strange place to work as no company culutre.

    Business Outlook

    Pros

    Little to none to recommend

    Cons

Lone working alot of the time. Forced to upsell, regardless of customers needs/wants. Made to push loyalty cards. A lack of care for staff overall. Told to lie to customers, and sell products with no proven health benefits. Told by upper management to fill out reviews on Glassdoor to hide their overall poor performance.
