I have been working at Hollister Co. full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Work with good looking people

    Cons

Very selective at interview stage, recommended by management to go for better looking people when picking interns/ salespeople etc. Very image driven, clothing costs 10% of RRP to make, good for Hollister, horrible for everyone else

Better pay please, longer shift hours for staff

I have been working at Hollister Co. full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Amazing team, young and energetic. Good if you need a part time job during uni.

    Cons

Hectic schedule, low wage, not an environmental friendly company that produces waste (clothing and plastic) like no other.

    Advice to Management

The upper management needs to keep up with modern times, start recycling and stop using tons of plastic per business day. Also, for the lower management there are no incentives, no benefits and no commission, therefore no motivation to work for this company.

I have been working at Hollister Co. part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The social aspect of being a Brand Rep is definitely the best part. Everyone is so lovely, Hollister hires chatty, outgoing people so everyone gets on really well and our nights out are the best. Also if you're on a 0 hour contract its perfect for fitting around education and at my store we have a Facebook group so picking up and giving away shifts is easy too.

    Cons

You only get paid £6.25 per hour so if you're at uni you'll probably need another job or some other way of getting money. You also don't get paid anything extra for working on Sundays, Bank Holidays, unsociable hours or other events like Black Friday, Boxing Day, Christmas Eve etc. Almost everyone I've met through Hollister is unhappy with the pay and only stays because it is such a great place to work.
