I have been working at Hollister Co. part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The good thing about Hco. is the fact that hours are flexible and you get to choose when you work. Pay is basic and every store is different but from my experience, it is an enjoyable job where you learn sales techniques and how business works. People who you may work with can be seen as friends and generally, the workforce is young and vibrant. Overall, it's a great uni job with fantastic graduate opportunities if you're looking into retail management.

    Cons

Sometimes there aren't any hours and this could mean you not getting scheduled for a while. Furthermore, sometimes the drive to approach customers can be too direct and some people may not feel comfortable with that.
