I have been working at Hollister Co. part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Flexible working hours. You meet lots of people who are lovely to work with. You can get good staff discount and the stores are nice.

    Advice to Management

Engage with the staff a lot in a natural friendly way, so then we are all part of one family, and keep being great managers.

I worked at Hollister Co. part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The interview process was quick
Store Manager was nice at the Regent Street store
    Good bonus on bank holidays

    Cons

I wasn't scheduled for an shifts during my time there, I just turned up and they would have to manually book me in.
Assistant Managers are horrible - they don't value their staff and they're too young.
Favouritism - they hired people who couldn't speak English well just because they come from the same country as they managers
    Cramped staff room
After signing my contract they took it in and I never saw it again
Over staffed - at least 200 employees on the system at the Regent Street store
Short breaks - 15 minutes in your shift

    Advice to Management

    Treat your staff better
    Be more organised
Don't hire people if you already have too much staff because there were times when they were more brand reps that customers
A 15 minute break in an 8 hour shift is definitely not enough when your working in a hot and dark store.
