I worked at Hollister Co. part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Meet new people, easy work, good atmosphere, no uniform, discounts 30% off on everything, fun people, perfect for student, get days off easily

    Cons

Very little pay, they favor people based on looks and appearance, hours really sucked expect on holiday season, very little room for growth

    Advice to Management

Hours shouldn't vary based on favoritism. When I worked there they based everyone on looks whether they hire you because you look good or they give you more hours cause you look good. Aside from that it really was an awesome place to work at. I worked there right after high school and gained a lot of retail experience which can open doors for other opportunities. Hollister also makes the work fun with cool outgoing coworkers, small celebrations when it's someone's bday etc. perfect job for students because you'll have plenty of time outside work to live your life.

I worked at Hollister Co. part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Flexible hours and always hiring

    Cons

Managers would change every time I came back for the seasons inbetween school. They're always hiring but that leaves little hours to distribute. Some weeks I worked 39 hours in two weeks, and other weeks I worked 6 hours total in two weeks

    Advice to Management

Consistency. Always hiring, so there's not many hours available.
