      Pros

Some good benefits, they listened to what we said we would like for benefits and we got some of them like partnering with vue for discount tickets

      Cons

They say you'll be there till 12 cleaning but really they'll make you stay till 3/4am cleaning and expect you back in at 10am for the next day. They sometimes didn't let me have a break and 'rewarded' me with a free drink instead even though the lack of break is illegal and I felt ill from being overworked and not having a chance to eat.

      Pros

The opportunity to develop your career in a safe environment, I personally have developed a rewarding career, I joined the business as a HR Advisor in 2013. It is an innovative business which encourages team members to share their ideas. The leadership team ensure everyone shares in the success of the business, they looked after the employees with amazing communication and training during the pandemic, every decision had team members welfare at the heart, ensuring we had a strong business to come back too.

      Cons

It’s hard work but you will have job satisfaction!

      PRESSURE

      Pros

The folks who work there are great, welcoming to all people from all backgrounds and strangely draw a lot of the good folks from the LGBTQ community simply because the staff are just that friendly

      Cons

If youre 18+ you're doomed to be on the late shift where you'll be over worked, with little to no help, you'll be taking 10-15 orders at the same time, you're forced to be doing several jobs at the same time which is impossible. For example you'll you serving 12 people at the same time from two different directions and the management will be yelling down the radio for you to get something clean on the other side of the building but if you just stop serving you'll be in more trouble and so youre forced to ignore the management only to get into trouble for doing that too. Its a lose lose situation. Forced over time on night shifts Unsatisfactory, faulty training app thats mandatory Lazy workers get away with being lazy, hard workers are forced to work even harder and the second you slow down management will be down your neck No, or extremely little career progression

Good for a first job if you're young or a student, not a fantastic long term prospect

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Flexible range of shifts, extremely hardworking and reliable centre-level management, cross-department training is good, clear manager-in-training programmes, executive level staff will often visit the centre.

      Cons

Promotion from Team Member to Team Leader comes with an insulting 9p/hour pay increase if you're over 23. If you work hard you're rewarded with worse/constant night shifts, because "we need someone reliable on the closing shifts." Seems to be a culture of fear between centre level management and executive level, as executive visits create an atmosphere of anxiety.
