    Pros

    Well structured care training and good chain of protocals.

    Cons

    I was managed by a team of 5 people in the office. They dont care about your well being as much as the NHS would. No counseling or support is actually considered for you. Its all about looking good to the family, instead of listening to careers on the ground day in day out. I believe the offices team managment is poor. Getting a reference after leaving is hard, do not rely on this.
