    Strong job security with there always a demand for civil servants

    Cons

    Due to lack of public sympathy, union is toothless, gov often exploits this lack of good opposition. Duty of care towards staff is often lacking, highlighted in a stark light by the corona virus period

    Evening staff are treated poorly compared to day staff. Far less opporuntities

    Pros

    Very friendly colleagues. Colleague train as well as possible given the material and facilities.

    Cons

    Dirty offices, poor restaurant, very few workstations available, poorly appointed small workstations. No tea, coffee or drinks. Little or no procedure despite the importance of the work following legislation. Atrocious conditions basically for pittance pay.
