    Flexi time, Pension, Holidays, Sick Pay, Job security

    Cons

    Enter on bottom of salary band and due to pay freeze no chance of ever hitting top of band. Poor IT, poor management

    Pros

    Faily well paid and hour not too bad. Good annual leave

    Cons

    Culture of witch hunts against staff. Excessively politically correct. Poor performnce goes unchallenged as long as you know the right managers. Excessive waste.

    Flexible Varied Interesting Laid back office No need for formal wear Friendly atmosphere Can wear trainers Allowed to work through lunch to leave for home early

    Management Politics at work Not family friendly as shift based Need to be reasonably fit Bonus minimal at times laughable Pay low compared to private sector
