      Friendly staff (co workers) Clean environment Xmas shut down Buffet days

      Cons

      Poor management Unreasonable targets Everything you do is monitored from breaks, how often you use the toilet, how long you take after each call to the next, how long you are on a call, how long you take to do anything basically its very stressful. Like you cannot breath! God forbid you have a very quick conversation with the person next to you.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere and team work from all employees, subcontractors as well. Health benefits and CEO is creating a profit sharing plan. Awesome company - great people.

      Cons

      Saturday work is a most in a retail environment, but that is when the money is made.

      Pros

      Money can be good depending on the economy and sales.

      Cons

      Very hectic with the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. Little if any security with constant changes in positions, job duties, and company policies. Set guidelines are thrown out the window which leaves any questions open to multiple conflicting answers.
