      Pros

      People are generally nice. Work is generally interesting. It’s a cool product.

      Cons

      Always in a state of chaos. Expanded too rapidly and had to cut 1/3 of workforce leaving everyone else to pick up the pieces. COO and management team make endless false promises and then vanish without a word when things go wrong. Talentless people are put on a pedestal and worshipped for no real reason. There’s no benefits package, the pension offering is not generous, and the office location is impractical.

      Pros

      Flexible and friendly work environment, with interesting problems to solve. From the tech side, there's been a rapid movement to using industry standard tools, allowing more time to work on tackle the meaty & fulfilling problems. Culture of self improvement seems deeply embedded within the company. Communication from management is steadily improving and seem quite approachable on the whole, especially having come a bigger multinational previously.

      Cons

      Pace of work is ramping up quickly now as the company, has in the past undertaken a few dead ends in terms of products, which can be frustrating, but on the positive internally they are seen as learning opportunities. Ive also been frustrated in the past by some bottlenecks in other teams, but they seem to be clearing

      Pros

      Very friendly teams in all departments. Everyone supports one another. Work from home, in office once every 4-8 weeks. Very flexible great for work/ life balance. Good progression, recognise hard workers and want you to influence all aspects of the business.

      Cons

      High volume of clients to manage. Makes it very hard to provide a ‘service’ to everyone.
