Pros

Excellent work culture in Bracknell, UK office. Very good work to life balance. The top management is very professional and has a great vision to excel in the business and meet client demands. The department I work in generates very high profit per engineer basis mainly because it has very experienced and talented engineers in it. Work from is allowed in many cases if work is getting done within time and in budget. Several opportunities to move within departments and even within global locations of the business if one wants to grow within. Good reward scheme if one does work above and beyond normal duties.

Cons

Very large organisation with already ripen kind of business so limited upside potential. Very poor pension scheme for new employees. Not many benefits to employees. Company takes very strict cost control measures if the business environment becomes little shaky. Pay wise okay could be better for deserving candidates.

Pros

Work culture is good in most departments outside of India. Brand name is still a benefit (not sure for how long it will be). Career development program with field services is good and gives unmatched experience.

Cons

Moving towards being a IT company. Doesnt value commitment and longer stays with company. Employees are not treated well (most of us). Disparity in pay and benefits is increasing day by day. Policies are not good employees and even for company in long term.
