      Excellent leadership Inspirational mission Outstanding business performance It's the most organized and structured company that I've worked for in my 18 year career. There is alignment cross-functionally and people really care about each other. They invest in people development and promote from within.

      the team makes you feel very comfortable, its not micromanaged, easy training, healthy manager- employee relationship
