Too political, you dare not be vocal about anything you are not in agreement with or you will have a target on your back. They ask for suggestions and when you give it, they disregard it and say no. There's a clique mentality there and if you are a minority management overlooks you. It's who you know and not what you know. Management will look you in the eye and lie to you without batting an eye. Horrible place to work. I would not recommend it. Morale amongst the employees is very low. They also prefer quantity over quality which is not good for a forensic lab.

Where to begin: - zero upward mobility - Every opinion submitted by lower-level employees is basically garbage and always disregarded. - Managers and directors are never held accountable. They also never leave despite being incredibly incompetent. When they do, they simply retire and return as overpaid contractors that do nothing. - A revolving door of employees quitting and getting hired that makes fast food look like a long term career. - Giving your opinion on anything is basically grounds for termination. You are constantly reminded that they will fire you for anything and stand by it.
