Pros

Benefits and Time off are wonderful...the reason I rated 2 as opposed to 1 star overall rating for the organization

Cons

Preferential treatment to certain employees and departments. Case Managers do not care about their employee or client and do not schedule regular meetings with employees. Upon hire, DS workers are thrown into the job with very little training and then program managers are unreliable and never answer their phones, So mainly every single day, you are on your own with NO support. Upper management is paid very well while direct service workers see little to no raises (if any it is in thanks to the union).

Pros

benefits and time off. Good as a starting point in career only to gain experience.

Cons

Management didnt care about employees at all. Very corrupt place to work that is top heavy, while the rest of the employees doing the actual work get paid very little for what they do. Could go on to write a book about the negative experiences here.
