      Pros

Good people. Good leadership in agency. Office dog.

      Pros

      - Awesome projects and brands to work on - Small enough to be autonomous and set your own way of working. - Grown up mentality and work ethic, everyone is experienced and well skilled. - Work hard and play hard mentality. - Culture has improved loads in the last year with new people coming in and new work landing. There is a bright future ahead, looking at the pipeline.

      Cons

      - Tech team are based offshore which adds some complexity but luckily the tech team are great to work with. Tech team is now being established in London as well.

      Business Outlook

      Pros

      - Great clients and variety of projects - Agency is growing in London with more clients and bigger projects - People are great to work with - Culture is strong

      Cons

Internal processes are sometimes different for each account/project. Would be good to get everyone working to the same processes and promote these more.

Run away as fast as you can from the London office

5 Feb 2017 -  in London, England, England

      Business Outlook

      Pros

If you're a visual designer or a UX designer, you may be fine (ish) and you may actually like it. BUT....

      Cons

If you do anything else (especially client services) just run away as fast as you can! They have no idea what client services are for...they think it's a "cold sales" job. The PMs manage the clients and when a project is done you the AM needs to go and sale the next project...it's all a bit bizzarre. Furthermore if you are into website design ONLY, then great... they are okay at it. However they have no skills for anything else. It's not a creative or innovative digital agency...they are just a website design shop. And if you're still thinking that you are up for the challenge... be ready to manage big egos!

      Death spiral

10 Mar 2017 - Senior User Experience in London, England, England

      CEO Approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Lots of empty seats - you can sit where you like! You won't be bothered by clients (or other members of staff these days). The paranoia and back-covering to avoid the axe makes for a thrilling work environment. When you tell people in the UK where you work, you'll be treated like a minor British celebrity in the US - with a complete lack of awareness. When you tell people in the US where you work they'll fall in love with you until the awkward moment they realise it's the UK office. You meet a lot of Americans who, on arrival, realise that their years of service and being anonymous in the Brooklyn office means diddly when they get fired over here. You get to directly manage your own projects, whether or not the project managers have been fired. It's a place that really values independent thought. That means that you'll get no career guidance while your bosses are desperately trying to stay young. It's an award winning agency, just not for something stupid like creative work. You'll spend months pitching and designing for a stunning creative project and either lose it or end up building a website in exactly the same template with a few different pictures. Everyone hates each other so you'll never be the only pariah. Imagine being on the Titanic or tied to a pole in a Roman arena waiting for lions. It's just that exciting.

      Cons

You can only get fired once. You only get one MD a year. Not enough pink. The office is perhaps too cool. So, so cool. Not enough people get to go to sxsw with the 300 US attendees. Is CV cancer a con?

      Loads of opportunity

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Still small enough to be able to affect change, though has the support of the larger network and not as much red tape as other agencies struggle with under holding groups. Given responsibility in the role. Talented teams producing great work for a clients across tech, luxury, energy, publishing & FMCG. Cool office, bar, table tennis etc, free breakfast. Work hard, play hard vibes. Summer Fridays are a pretty cool benefit.

      Cons

With the uncertainty in the market it's been a tough ride, but a number of exciting projects have been brought in recently bringing shed loads of opportunity if you're up for a challenge.

      Not too shabby....

      Pros

the culture, the incredibly smart people, the competitive benefits, the exciting clients, the fun events/clubs, investment in career growth

      Cons

the high expectations on all employees from the get go- true that it can be a sink or swim environment, with sometimes very little direct management . however, if you work smartly, have an open mind, realize it's your career and no-one else's, and just concentrate on outputting your best work personally, there are a number of opportunities to grow quickly

      Pros

Strong culture, it is "sink or swim" but if you are in then you will be working with some seriously smart people.

      Cons

      - Top heavy structure - The office can be a bit cliquey - A real lack of direction from senior management - Haphazard pitching means lots of crunch time, no pay off, and existing accounts suffer
