Pros

The people in the office were great. Salary was acceptable. As a whole, the office is a good environment.

Cons

When the CEO comes to work, which is irregularly, he not only ruins the environment and camaraderie by pitting people against each other, but he is constantly making excuses for why things aren't going well (never his or his partner's fault. Always recruiters and people at the bottom). He doesn't know what he's doing and has no real plan for the company. It was also uncomfortable hearing about his after hours exploits constantly. Many of the other women in the office felt demeaned by him and I don't blame them. It was unpleasant when he was around.

Pros

Humanus sends me referrals pretty consistently... Are available to email all the time... And pay on time. I have been with them for about two years and have yet to have any criticism. I love working with ariane bc she is so sweet and always ready to help me or answer my questions.

Cons

Can't think of any cons

Pros

Close to none other than having great co-workers (that also hated working there). I did also enjoy working with many of the contractors I hired. But nothing to do with the actual company.

Cons

- Highest turnover of any company I've worked for - By the time I left I was the longest standing recruiter and I hadn't even been there 2 years - They take advantage of young and naive workers who don't know their worth - Low salary and low commission with no bonuses or rewards (except occasionally letting you leave an hour early on Fridays) - Super toxic working environment - CEO is extremely unprofessional and would talk about politics constantly and his dating life - Rewards were constantly dangled over our heads but then never given, even when you met the metrics for the reward - Only care about call time and metrics, not the value of the people you hire - Promised growth potential, but never give you opportunities to grow (except when someone else quits and they offer you the extra work for little more compensation) - Only praised/rewarded when you work unpaid hours (coming in early, staying late, skipping lunch) - Try to make you feel like you should be grateful for what an "amazing" place it is to work. Spoiler, I didn't realize just how bad it was until I found a new job that actually values me.
