Pros

The pros were very limited including some allowance on clothing/footwear but very tight. Another pro would be the regents street store design, fun to work in.

Cons

Only just come into their own retail stores, no clue on how to run them or treat employees. Immature, clueless management who sack people in their probation without fair reason.

Pros

A cool product and retail brand

Cons

Zero job security in the London headquarters in Connaught Place, Marble Arch. Unwelcoming - people were friendly and said hello on Day 1, then never again. Not even eye contact. People kept being fired on a daily basis, in a 2 week period, about 10 people disappeared (were fired) without warning or notice. Being ill for any reason, even with a valid certificate from your doctor will get you fired without notice (even when there is a legally binding notice in your employment contract. ) Awful company, stay clear, don't leave your day job for this place, as you may be left in very unfortunate circumstances shortly after joining Hunter. The people who are there are overworked, stressed, and are only criticised, no one can do anything right in the eyes of management, which is why they're fired without notice. No matter how hard you work, it's never enough, according to a couple of permies I spoke to.

Pros

A few nice benefits such as product allowance and sample sales. Work for a well known brand.

Cons

Began to have a very negative feel in the office. They don’t do well at allowing the brand to reach its full potential and they make things a lot more complicated than they need to be. No real bonus opportunity. They seem to get rid of people all the time.
