    Discrimination, everyone was offered overtime in the company except the only black person in the department.

    Update skills , get moree training and font discriminate.

    Great people, great offices, state-of-the-art gym with trainers and classes, private park, sustainable efforts, fun environment, profit sharing, Christmas break.

    Cons

    Career advancement can be complicated in certain departments. Lower pay scale.

    Reward talented people. Talented. Not the ones who are just sociable and funny.

    Awesome campus, gym, 401k, bonus, cool people.

    Cons

    Low pay, very odd for such a wealthy company. The best/most skilled employees wil continue to leave for more money.

    Reward the people who are the best, socialist systems fail to produce high performers
