      Pros

      A opportunity to learn what not to do as a manager.

      Cons

      The job interview isn't done by the HR manager, so benefits, salary, and commissions aren't well explained. CEO uses inappropriate language to the employees, doesn't respect them, and scream at them. There's a conflict of interest between the general management and the HR management. Poor training of the system used.

      Initially, the position was interesting and the opportunities were good..

      Cons

      Company is highly leveraged, leadership manages month-to-month, goals change frequently. Poorly run, high turnover in sales, value of sales is purely transactional, very few long-term employees in the company.

      Pros

      If starting your carrier in Pharmaceutical sales and want to have job title on your resume for warm-up. Easy hiring as they always looking for people. HR doesn't do hiring here.

      Cons

      CEO will start his speech with "We are professionals here" which does not match any job title here. You get hired for a job title you looking for and end up doing something that you never had experience with before. Training is kind of a joke here. The Son of the CEO will train you for a week, and walk around the system. But Things are so manually managed here that even after 10 years working here you will never figure out their system even 50%. Good luck if you start any position here.
