Pros

The company had some really amazing products but the management has become totally myopic in their effort to chase short term profits. The middle management is fairly decent and make a lot of effort to make it a hospitable place to work at, however the same cannot be said about the top management.

Cons

Absolutely no intent on the part of management to have a sustainable work culture by building a strong core team for the long haul. Interns are being hired more than ever and full timers are not being replaced when they leave, and it's adding to an already tremendous burden on senior people in the company. The management is making no effort to say no to their clients when they come up with tangential product requests. There is no sense of any proper roadmap for the company's core product offerings, new products are being added every day compromising on quality, and it's a very clear intent on prioritising quantity over quality, and saying yes to all client requests and forgetting their own vision for the company. No good hikes given in the last few years, bonus structure is very erratic and unpredictable.

Pros

Used to be a good work culture but now the work culture has become really bad

Cons

Its an AI company with no AI vision Its not a good place to work for someone who wants to contribute to society. Better find a job in some other company if you are interested in AI

An org at a confused juncture

Pros

Hyperverge "was" a young team, lots of great characters and it "was" fun to work at. Culturally the org "was" tremendous to work at. Hyperverge "had" always tried to bring in sustainability in their processes and approach.

Cons

Please read my pros section, look for words with "". All the good things were from the past. Overall the last 6-8 months, the org is trying to scale massively, but without a sustainable plan or goal. Things change overnight, and communication has become siloued. Overtime, people internally have started hating a lot of processes, it appears a lot of people are trying to prove personal agendas rather trying to solve problems together. Come on, growth does not mean stamping others. In short, i personally feel Hyperverge is trying to fit a "lamborgini" engine into an outdated "Nano". You know how the performance can be. It may sound crazy, but you know it's always gonna fire out in sometime, you just have to wait, but your wait does not just affect the org, but people who work for it. Unsure, where all the ideas are coming from, not validated, is it always about trial and error??? Does a polished answer solve all the problems of your own teams? Does a polished statement about caring your employees really mean the care is real? What are you trying to grow if the growth is not sustainable and its not got a clear path ahead?
