    Pros

You are given autonomy to organise, design and deliver your own tailor-made curriculum, depending on the needs of the client.

    Cons

There is a ceiling on the rate per hour, but it is compensated with a bi-annual bonus scheme.

    Pros

It's so rare to find a company where your work is so appreciated and where you feel that you are making a direct contribution to the business. They really value their people. Lots of integrity and always listening to ideas, and they take a very innovative approach to language training. Lots of ways to grow your career outside of English teaching. Pay really well and give a summer and Christmas bonus too.

    Cons

Not a good fit for brand new teachers - they only work with experienced trainers.

I have been working at IA Corporate Communication (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very transparent and genuinely good people to work with. They really care about the experience of their trainers and they work hard to make sure that trainers as well as clients are as happy as possible.

    Cons

Would love to see the team more.

    Pros

Open-minded and friendly company who care about providing a great service to their clients and who value the people who work with them. They are fair and transparent regarding payment and willing to listen to suggestions for improvements to any aspect of the business.

    Cons

If you are just looking for a few extra hours teaching English then this company is not for you. IA are only interested in building connections with dedicated English trainers with experience.

    Pros

Good pay and pay on time. Treat people with respect. An above board company. Don't try to force you into something that you don't want to do.

    Cons

    No real summer work.

    Advice to Management

More work in the summer would be good although I appreciate the bonus pool as it helps to get through August.

    Pros

Low admin burden and very friendly support. Good rate of pay (I have always been paid on time), flexible schedule, The christmas and summer bonuses are also very welcome!

    Cons

Not much face time with other members of the company unless teaching at a big client. Not always easy to get hold of people, and not any work opportunities during the summer

    Advice to Management

I know the company is still young and growing, but if you can find a way to provide a bit more stability and opportunities for your teachers that would be a good thing. Also communication isn't always clear and can lead to misunderstandings occasionally. One thing that I always have appreciated is that I feel respected and valued by you guys. Please don't lose that.
