I have been working in this organization (IB GLOBAL GROUP) since last one year and realize that it is a great company to work. Great management and support to the employees, Salary and other incentives are moderate and on time. Free to express our views and recommendations to our management. You can have many teams, location, good facility, management, vision and only focused on growth and it’s corporate. Its good company to learn and make your great future in electrical and instrumentation engineering sector like automation, Designing, production, calibration,erection, commission O&M. Very healthy package compare to the market value for skilled experience engineers.

Cons

No personal development for unskilled, lasy and negative mind person.
