Careful, to be sued

Pros

There is not a tax cut because the compay is located on tax free zone. Big company. Calm and in a nature environment.

Cons

If you start to work in this company and would like to move to another company before 2 years you will be sued by Ibtech, even if you work more than 2 years! I don't suggest this company to young and new graduated people. Far away from Istanbul.

Nice office and work environment. It offers pool and gym if you have time. Work ends at 4.30pm so you may get back home early

Cons

Bad quality employees, bad management. It offers no future and managament is not open minded. Work is always in abundance and everything is urgent.
