Pros
The flexible working and pension is great and colleagues on the whole very friendly and collaborative. They are open to new opportunities and invest in staff training whilst undergoing an extensive strategic review.
Cons
Generally salaries and benefits are below average and opportunities to progress are fairly restricted. Insufficient mentoring, and opportunity for personal development can be limited given the niche and specialist nature of a lot of the roles here.
