Pros
It's a nice company to work. They don't have any formality or dress code to work - sometimes I see drivers that should at least wash their faces to work lol), but uniform is paid. Most of the trucks has AC! Trust me, make a huge difference during the summer. The job is not difficult if you have a nice route. Normally we delivery small and light boxes.
Cons
Everything is by seniority. Order a day off can be suck sometimes and schedule vacation you need to check availability.
