Genuinely can't think of any, aside from friendly collegues

Cons

Bullying Senior management, that are unsupportive of staff. This is why there is such a high turnover. Morale is generally low most of the time. Senior management are very clicky and have their favourites. Little opportunity for progression or development.

Near to famous Brentwood High-street

Cons

Bullying senior managers, hence the reason they find it so hard to recruit... The amount of contractors outnumber the permanent staff. eg: 'Networks team'. Staff do not stick around to take such abuse or intimidation from the senior manager
