      - Monotonous work - Mostly dim coworkers - Slow, fragile systems - Lots of young staff leading to school like environment - Low wages

      Very few, actually just none.

      Cons

      No trust from management, understaffed and expected to do 4 people's workload, little pay, no free parking, treated like children

      Team members are a great bunch

      Cons

      Management treats employees like slaves... questions about how many toilet breaks one has had. 5 minutes off the phone and you are in trouble. if you are logged as being 2 minutes late you have to make up the calls but if a call comes in 2 minutes before time and last 10 minutes no recognition or overtimepaid

      Some managers are overzealous and make the work environment feel like a prison.

      The company is great at hiring great people to work with and it makes a huge difference coming to work every day. You will get the support that you need and help if required.

      Cons

      Training could be a lot better instead of being trained by your own colleagues. No training structure. Workload can be overwhelming at times.

        the people who you work with who are on the same level make it bearable

        Cons

        Very hierarchic Poor wage High staff turnover - The company are not taking any action to overcome this favouritism thorughout the office Managers look down on people Time limit for toilet/drink breaks School like environment

        stop treating people like they are in school, some of the employees are older than the managers
