I have been working at IFDS full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

You can only get what you put in and the best part is room for progression is always available. The best choice I made after graduating

    Cons

As a third party company, certain areas such as wages are significantly affected as these are mostly depended on our clients and the relationships we have established. Other than that you will love this place!

    Advice to Management

So far so good, keep doing what you are doing it is working 👍

    I worked at IFDS full-time

    Pros

Team members are a great bunch

    Cons

Management treats employees like slaves... questions about how many toilet breaks one has had.
5 minutes off the phone and you are in trouble. if you are logged as being 2 minutes late you have to make up the calls but if a call comes in 2 minutes before time and last 10 minutes no recognition or overtimepaid

    Advice to Management

Some managers are overzealous and make the work environment feel like a prison.
