    I worked at IFDS full-time

    Pros

The genuine people there Career mobility

    Cons

The company is great when you first start and you are lulled into a sense of belonging, but the internal politics soon rears it's ugly head. There are a lot of legacy failures longer serving staff members try to cover up and when it is questioned they bite back. This was not just my department but company wide. There are a lot of battles between senior staff over petty topics as well.

I worked at IFDS for less than a year

    Pros

The company is great at hiring great people to work with and it makes a huge difference coming to work every day. You will get the support that you need and help if required.

    Cons

Training could be a lot better instead of being trained by your own colleagues. No training structure. Workload can be overwhelming at times.
