Great company for part-time work, and remote working, as a student

      Pros

Great pay and benefits, especially around university graduate surveys.

      Cons

Micromanagement, interview process long and boring, but all worth it for the benefits, pay, and remote working (as a student, for part-time work)

      Pros

Good rates of pay. This is a work from home job so you will have the benefit of working from your own home.

      Cons

No real interaction with supervisors. Training not great. Can easily lose the job if you don't maintain your target. Hard to achieve target because not many people want to take the interview.

Company seem okay but the job itself is lonely.

      Pros

It's a pretty easy job to do. You spend the shift pressing buttons to start and end calls and if you have a problem there is a team leader available to support you. You get to book your own shifts so you can decide when you do or dont want to work.

      Cons

You weren't really supposed to talk to colleagues unless if was about the job, and it can be a tough job if you're not very resilient so sitting at home, alone, being told no repeatedly by businesses and being unable to have a chat with someone else can be difficult. They over employ so sometimes they have little work and no shifts to book for weeks on end.
