I have been working at IFF Research full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

A guaranteed shift to zero hours contract staff who make bonus and are able to express themselves with a calm demeanour. A regular income is very helpful in a city like London and it is important to secure a position that pays which is something that has never been an issue in this company. A respectful working space with individuals from diverse field of works and background has helped me learn better ways to express myself.

    Cons

As most research companies the quiet period could affect plans.

I have been working at IFF Research part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexible working patterns, work from home so no commute.

    Cons

The management are massively incompetent. They'll book a massive project, do a huge recruitment drive, and are then unable to offer shifts to a huge proportion of the new workforce once the big project finishes.
